All stocking data is sourced from public records published by state wildlife agencies. We compile and normalize this data but do not independently verify it, and we cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or free of error. Agencies occasionally revise, delay, or correct their own published records after the fact — those changes may not be reflected here until our next scheduled data refresh.
A stocking record reflects what an agency reported was stocked at a point in time. It does not mean fish are currently present, of any particular size, safe to keep, or legal to harvest. Fish may have been caught, relocated, or died since a record was reported. Do not use stocking records as your sole basis for any fishing, safety, or purchasing decision.
